So the month is now up and I have completed my 30 Day Challenge with Bulk Powders.
Most of you will know that rather than weighing myself I decided to take measurements insead. I took 7 places on my body to get results from and I’m very happy with the results I’ve had from the month! I have lost a little more than what is shown but from other places in my body that I left out of the weekly measurements.
Week 4 measurements:
Bust: 36
Waist: 25
Hips: 33
Left Arm: 11
Right Arm: 11
Left Thigh: 22
Right Thigh: 22

2.5 Inches

As you can see, I have lost quite a bit from around my hips and bum area…my trousers are so baggy now and all of my jeans are too big (yey that means shopping time).
I have to admit I got a little lazy at some times and went a full week without any exercise so doing the Bulk Powders challenge will even work if your not that great with the ‘get up and go’.
